Please note: The out-of-hours services should only be used for serious issues that cannot wait until the next available surgery.
If the illness is acute, or the situation is life-threatening or limb-threatening, call 999 or visit Accident and Emergency – Bedford South Wing is the nearest. Otherwise:

111 is the NHS non-emergency number which is fast, easy and free. By calling 111 you will get to speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you. NHS111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobiles.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999.

The Centre is open 8.00 am – 6.00 pm every weekday, 8.00 am – 5.00 pm on weekends and bank holidays. They can treat minor illness and injuries.
The Centre will close on Sunday 30th September 2018.
